When students attend lectures in college, what they usually learn is something theoretical, therefore not being able to involve in any types of occupational or work experiences such as internship or placement.

Firstly, occupational tactics can be strengthened outside schools. This is because educational institutes mostly concentrate on teaching students the academic aspect of the knowledge rather than offering them career-oriented trainings. When attending lectures in colleges, young scholars may be able to improve their theoretical and conceptual abilities, yet unable to engage in occupational experiments such as internships or placements. Therefore, schools offer few opportunities to enrich students’ work experience.
