Last week I received your letter regarding the suggestions of improving the reception area.
One of the complains is about no trash bins in the reception area, even thought our cleaning staff has been keeping the tables clean, there are some garbage left around the place. Next, our valued customers have to stand in the reception area during peak time due to the fact that there is not enough seating provided.
In my opinion, the reception area is one of the most important parts of the whole office, which reflects the very vision and reputation of our company. And, it is a point that any client, potential business partner and future employees can form an impression of company before doing anything.
I think it would be a good idea that we make sure the area free of trash by placing the visible trash bins. To furnish enough seating for visitors, and offer cold and hot beverages, such water, coffee and tea.
